Hey sometimes the salesman and the sales company have to divide up that pacman like pie!

Too funny and sometimes very true. Remember, even Fee only advisors have to sell their services to help people.

We are all sales persons. The real question should be is the person you hired a good or bad Financial Advisor.

I agree, and it is a harder sales job since we have to disclose fees upfront. On the other hand, we are not after a transaction, we are after a long-term profitable relationship for both clients and us. There is no getting around honesty when you want to build long-term relationships.
